WIW: Black and Blue

After searching all winter for a nice dressy blouse to wear with my red animal print pencil skirt, I punked out this morning because I thought it looked too va va voom.  I have seriously been holding the skirt since September or October to wear!  In a last minute rush, I grabbed this skirt instead.  I like the look, but personally, I'm not a tucker, so I'm feeling like sitting at the desk all day to hide out. :).

I also put on my fun tights for a little something unexpected.  Why not, right?

I don't mind the tucked look here, no need to hide it.  If you really aren't feeling the tuck, would the top worn over the skirt and the belt over the top work for you?

I like the tucked blouse, and the tights are a fun touch.

Thanks Lisa -- the top is a little too flowy to be worn out, I tried that with skirt #1 and I looked unfinished as if I had been stopped in the middle of getting dressed.

I am going to try again tomorrow with my long pencil skirt, I do have a shirt that would go just fine untucked (i keep forgetting about it!).

Love the tights, fun and funky without taking over.

I think you look great! Love blue and black together with a peek of a fun belt and then the patterned tights....I hope you get out from behind your desk and show off your great look!

You look nice in cobalt. I like the fun tights.

I think the tuck looks fine - why are you not a tucker? And those tights add some great visual interest.

Awesome neat and trim, but you sneak interesting in there too. My kind of outfit :)
