WIW: Ankle pants are growing on me

I think I might be converted to team Ankle pants.  After years of staying away from crops, and skinny ankle pants and feeling like they just weren't the right proportion for my leg shape, I've given in...and I kind of like it!

Green, black and white is today's combo.  After having my Okalas already visit the cobbler for repair, I'm being more careful about wearing them from car to office (which is only a 2 block walk).  My gold accessories match my gold walking flats. I wish I could find these in silver!

    I love this outfit!  The tapered pants look fabulous on you and TDF with the Okala Pumps.  Your legs look a mile long.

    If I had lovely long legs like you Von, I'd be wearing ankle pants too! Love the color of those trousers and they are fab with the Okalas.

    Those are some seriously nice shoes!  Love the aqua, it seems to be a theme colour today and that's a good thing.  Embrace the ankle it looks great on you and you get to really focus on the shoes.

    You look great! Love the ankle pants with those fabulous shoes and the black + white + color! I'm becoming an ankle pant convert too...finally an upside to being too tall to be able to ever find regular pants long enough off the rack....we can buy regulars and if they're tapered just right, they're now on-trend ankle pants! :-)

    Beautiful outfit, head to toes in either pair of shoes. I have pants that are quite similar and enjoy seeing how you wear yours. You're inspiring me!

    Thanks ladies!  JG in my closet, any solid piece is fair game for mixing and matching. I'm having a lot more fun with colored bottoms than I thought I would!

    Great look, adore the sea green colour of the pants. Don't you just love that you can switch seamlessly from heels to flats when you wear ankle pants?

    I LOVE everything about this outfit. Color, pattern, proportions. Everything. I agree with the ankle pants. They are a great way to show off those awesome shoes and I like them with booties too.
